2. Event Tickets & Reservations

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you are unable to attend, your seat may be transferred to another guest with at least 7 days' advance notice by contacting us at coach@herbusinessretreat.com.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and event materials — is the property of Her Business Retreat and may not be reproduced without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Her Business Retreat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at or inability to attend an event, or from your use of this website.

5. Changes to Events

We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, or speakers. In the event of a cancellation, registered attendees will be notified by email and offered a credit toward a future event.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
